SEEDS is a not-for-profit, voluntary and registered society based at Davanagere in central Karnataka of South India. Launched in 1987, SEEDS set its objectives to pay special attention to the needs of the marginalized, vulnerable women and children, economic and social empowerment of rural communities, elimination of the practices subjugating children in commercial and sexual market and building up networks of likeminded organisations and groups.
